The Quality First Construction team were fantastic to deal with. Up front we had a tight deadline, and they delivered the project on time. We had an idea of what we wanted to achieve (adding an extra bedroom), and with the help of their in-house designer the plans were quickly drawn up, approved, and put in place. There was complete transparency on every cost and item associated with the project, and even some changes mid build were accommodated with no issue. Even planned costs that were built in, and not required were credited back to us. We are very happy with the final product; it is impossible to tell that it was not part of the original construction. The QFC team took care of everything including carpet and air conditioning and now that it is completed, we couldn't be happier.
