Once the required plans, specifications and project information are available, we can move into pricing and proposal preparation. Our aim is to provide clear, practical information so you understand what is included, what may still need to be confirmed and what approvals or documentation may be required before construction begins. For suitable projects, this stage may lead into a formal building contract and construction program.
During construction, our team manages the build process with clear communication, organised scheduling and reliable coordination of trades and suppliers. We keep clients informed as the project progresses and work through decisions, site conditions or changes in a practical and transparent way. Our focus is on maintaining quality, managing the programme properly and keeping the project moving through each stage of construction.
At handover, we walk through the completed project, address any final items and make sure the required documentation and information is provided.
