Quality First renovated the interior of our house with excellent outcome! I am an architect by trade, so I know how hard is to find a good builder. Tim, the owner is reliable and efficient, impeccable communication, always on time. With great attention to detail. His team were able to build our difficult jobs like the flushed secret doors and wall timber panelling to perfection. Their carpentry skills are honestly far better than anyone else we have used in previous jobs. I will highly recommend them, and I am looking forward to having them on board to renovate the exterior during 2022.

Quality First Constructions built a new house for us at Sunshine Cove, Maroochydore. We found Tim (the owner of QFC) to be very approachable and helpful throughout the entire process. It was our first experience of building a new house which also happened to be on a small water-frontage lot with zero side boundary setbacks and a number of specific detailed design requirements. So the assistance Tim provided in refining the design and suggesting other minor improvements throughout the build was invaluable to us. He was also happy to give us the benefit of his experience when we were choosing fittings and finishes, and managed to deliver our new house on time and within budget. Building a new house is a challenging process (who knew there were so many decisions to be made!) but Tim and his team took a lot of the stress out of it for us. We are very happy with our new house, and very happy to recommend Quality First Constructions to anyone thinking of building a new house on the Sunshine Coast.

Tim did our outdoor renovation last year. We have been enjoying our improved outdoor living ever since! Both he and his team were so professional. Nothing was ever a problem - ie whenever the inevitable glitch happened they were so easy to work with and figure out a way forward that still gave us a great result. What I really liked was that Tim would always listen openly to our ideas and nothing ever seemed like a 'silly' question. The end result looked even better than we imagined so we are so pleased that we used him. Would recommend him and his team to anyone!

Build Partners engaged Quality First Constructions to complete as main contractor a 300sqm office fit-out construction for one of our clients based on the Sunshine coast. From the first meeting Tim was able to demonstrate the enthusiasm and professionalism to complete the project. Then through the tender process he was able to demonstrate his company’s competency to complete the project and the ability to work with the client to achieve their desired outcomes. Through out the build, Tim and his team maintained this high standard and delivered a seamless project to the quality that was expected. Quality First Constructions delivered the project on time enabling a smooth transition for the client into the new space. We recently used Tim and his team for a range of jobs from small to large. We found each member of his team to be punctual, reliable and very friendly. It was easy to communicate with Tim who was always obliging when I wanted to make changes and add things!!! All his staff and subbies were delightful, friendly and their finish was outstanding! Tim and the team from QFC have recently transformed our backyard from a difficult and unusable area to a dream space that our young family will be able to use and enjoy for many years to come. Everything was done on time & on budget and the level of communication was fantastic. Tim kept in regular touch with us throughout the build to ensure we always knew what was happening and when. As the name suggests, quality always came first! We can’t wait for summer so we can start enjoying our new pool! In the meantime we will take advantage of our fantastic new deck / gazebo and flat yard – with plenty of celebratory drinks!
