Tim
Builder/ Director
Tim is the Director of Quality First Constructions and a licensed builder with a background in carpentry, building and construction, and business management.
Since establishing QFC in 2016, Tim has built the company around quality workmanship, clear communication and reliable project delivery.
His role is to guide the overall direction of the business, support the team and ensure projects are approached with practical build advice, strong systems and a focus on quality outcomes.
Tim works closely with the QFC team, trusted trades and consultant network to deliver custom homes, major renovations, commercial fit-outs and multi-residential projects across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa.
Angus
Pre-Construction Estimator
Angus is Quality First Constructions’ Pre-Construction Estimator, supporting clients and the QFC team through the early stages of project planning, estimating and cost review.
With experience across residential estimating, construction documentation, tender preparation and site coordination, Angus brings a practical and detail-focused approach to pre-construction.
His role includes reviewing plans and specifications, preparing accurate estimates, coordinating supplier and subcontractor pricing, identifying cost considerations and helping ensure projects are properly assessed before construction begins.
Angus also holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and has a background in civil construction design, project budgeting and stakeholder coordination, giving him a strong understanding of both the technical and commercial sides of construction.
JOEL
Production Estimator
Joel is Quality First Constructions’ Production Estimator, supporting the team with project cost tracking, purchase orders, variations and construction administration.
With nearly 20 years’ experience across carpentry, estimating and operations, Joel brings strong practical knowledge to the pre-construction and delivery process.
His role includes preparing and managing purchase orders, assisting with variation pricing, reviewing project details and helping keep job cost information organised throughout the build.
Joel’s background as a licensed carpenter gives him a clear understanding of construction sequencing, site requirements and the details that contribute to a well-managed project.
MICk
Site Supervisor
Mick is a Site Supervisor with more than 15 years’ experience across residential and commercial construction.
With a background in carpentry, building and construction, work health and safety, and building design, Mick brings practical site knowledge and strong coordination skills to each project.
His role is to help manage day-to-day site activity, coordinate trades, maintain safety standards and support quality workmanship throughout construction.
Mick is focused on clear communication, organised site management and helping projects move through each stage efficiently and professionally.
LEAH
Financial Administrator
Leah is Quality First Constructions’ Financial Administrator, supporting the business across finance, administration and internal processes.
With a background in business and more than 15 years’ experience across finance, marketing and administration, Leah brings a detailed and organised approach to the team.
Her role includes supporting accounts, business administration, process improvement and day-to-day financial coordination.
Leah helps keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes so the team can stay focused on delivering well-managed projects for clients.
JORDAN
Carpentry Supervisor
Jordan is a Carpentry Supervisor with more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.
A qualified carpenter, Jordan brings practical trade knowledge, site experience and hands-on leadership to the Quality First Constructions team.
His role includes supporting site coordination, working with trades, maintaining quality standards and helping ensure carpentry work is completed properly throughout each stage of construction.
Jordan’s calm and practical approach helps projects move forward efficiently while keeping the focus on workmanship, safety and a quality finished result.
